Our entrees feature steaks and chops mostly cooked and served “On the Bone” from our wood or char broiler. We have rediscovered and reinvented On the Bone cooking. What we’ve found is that meats are tastier, more moist and more tender when you prepare it with the natural bone as most cuts are meant to be. We also feature selected cuts of meat without hormones or antibiotics, the freshest locally caught seafood available, organically grown vegetables and fresh made pastas.
